The Avplanning Process The Costs

AvPlanning provides the following services for Maintenance Organisations

AvPlanning can track and update all maintenance activities carried out on supported aircraft. This will save hours of manpower researching log books over and over again to raise a workpackage. Why waste valuable resources and expense on what is traditionally a non-income producing activity. Earn 2 hours of income by getting straight onto the job rather than losing 2 hours to paperwork.

Work with the certainty of knowing the work package is correct and that all items have been raised for attention. Never worry about a CASA workshop or log book audit again. Workpackages can be presented to CASA with confidence in the knowledge that everything has been covered.

AvPlanning will be seeking approval as a CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation) under the proposed EASA regulations. As such we will be able to issue an "Airworthiness Review Certificate" as required so that the Maintenance Organisation can issue a "Certificate of Release to Service". Under the proposed regulations if the aircraft is in a "Controlled Environment" (that is under the review of the same CAMO), the need to issue an Airworthiness Review Certificate can possibly be extended to 3 years.

Avplanning can track just one aircraft customer or all your customers. If a sufficient number of aircraft are tracked for your organisation, we can set up remote access to the maintenance planning software over the internet through a secure network so you can view and dowload worksheets yourself at any time if you wish. This will require a level of training which can be supplied.
